Job Summary
Experienced Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) responsible for overseeing the complete finance and insurance process at Germain Honda & Ford of Beavercreek. Responsibilities include structuring and finalizing auto finance and lease transactions, presenting F&I products professionally and ethically, maintaining lender relationships to secure competitive approvals, ensuring 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance, delivering clean, fund-able deals with minimal rehash or callbacks, collaborating with sales and management to ensure seamless deliveries, and safeguarding customer information and dealership assets. Requires strong production, compliance discipline, and customer satisfaction, with advanced knowledge of automotive finance, digital menus, and lender programs, plus excellent communication, closing, and organizational skills; proficiency with dealership management systems and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Previous F&I Manager experience required
