Job Summary
Experienced F&I Manager at a luxury dealership overseeing the complete finance and insurance process, structuring and finalizing automotive finance/lease transactions, presenting F&I products ethically, maintaining lender relationships for approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation, delivering fundable deals with minimal rehash, collaborating with sales/management to ensure smooth deliveries, safeguarding customer information and dealership assets, and leveraging DMS/CDK systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous high line F&I Manager experience required
- Proven track record of strong production, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Advanced knowledge of automotive finance, digital menus, and lender programs
- Strong communication, closing, and organizational skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS)/CDK preferred
- Valid driver’s license
