Job Summary
Monitor room environments, plant nutrition, light schedules, and pest management to ensure plant health and safety. Oversee the fertigation of the garden using Rhythm equipment, including batching stock tanks and treating rooms with required pesticides. Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data while scouting issues and troubleshooting accordingly. Perform plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products. Adhere to facility protocols, best agricultural practices, and SOPs for specialized areas. Work with the Cultivation Team on production demands and assist in other areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Fertigation Experience
- IPM Experience
- good reliability
- ability to work with limited oversight
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Capable of working in dark or bright environments
- Able to work in low oxygen areas
- Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals
- Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas
