Experienced Facilities Technician

Supervise glassware inventory and washing functions while performing fundamental facilities systems maintenance for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, cooling, lighting, sprinklers, and general tasks like painting and carpentry. Review, complete, and process maintenance logs, documents, and databases to support stability chamber upkeep. Provide fundamental support in applying maintenance policies, assist staff and management with policy implementation, and research issues to develop recommendations for resolving employee and management concerns. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while contributing to department efficiency through active team participation. Valid driver's license required; Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
