Job Summary
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner; help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle; secure financing by building relationships with lenders and submitting deals to banks electronically; enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank systems; process all transaction paperwork to meet DMV and lender requirements; track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection; participate in store meetings; assist Sales Team with customer engagement during peak traffic times; obtain licensing within 90 days from date of hire.
