Job Summary
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours at resort locations. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, then make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits. Serve as a positive brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations by partnering with resort staff to receive arrival sheets and maintain minimum performance goals. Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews while staying current on marketing materials and industry trends. Maintain production standards and clear communication skills within a shared team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement
