Experienced Event Designer - Client Acquisition

Creative lead for luxury weddings, galas, social and corporate events; design florals, tablescapes, layouts, staging, lighting concepts, lounges, and décor installations; build client presentations, mood boards, renderings, and proposal concepts; collaborate with production, floral, and operations teams to execute events at the highest level; develop and maintain relationships with luxury planners, venues, hotels, and private clients; generate and close new business opportunities; attend networking events and serve as lead creative during client consultations and pitches; ideal candidate has existing relationships with planners, venues, hotels, or UHNW clientele and a strong portfolio of high-end weddings and events; required 3+ years in luxury events or hospitality sales, exceptional communication and presentation skills, familiarity with event management software and basic AI knowledge; South Florida luxury market knowledge highly preferred.
