Job Summary
Oversee and guide a team of technicians in the efficient repair and maintenance of vehicles, including diagnosing complex engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, manage inventory, and complete necessary paperwork while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Assign tasks based on skills, provide technical guidance, and train staff to improve their abilities. Communicate with customers regarding repair status to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean work area and utilize diagnostic equipment to address automotive problems. Join a supportive team where certified training is provided twice yearly, with a focus on hospitality and career growth within the European automotive sector.
Required Qualifications
- European experience or other domestic/import brands with 3+ years of experience as a flat rate technician
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive problems
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a high 'HQ' (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
Desired Qualifications
- ASE or Mercedes-Benz technician certifications preferred
