Job Summary
Meet with forest owners and ETS clients to assist with emissions returns, registrations, Add CAA applications, transfers, and trim applications. Compile eligibility assessments and reports, model carbon accruals and cashflows, and support property due diligence and forest valuations. Provide technical advisory for our full forest management suite nationwide. Requires five years of forest management experience, three years of ETS management, and GIS software proficiency. Based in Christchurch with competitive salary and medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent GIS software skills (QGIS, ArcMap, or ArcPro)
- At least five years of work experience within a forest management company, forest consultancy, or relevant government department
- At least three years of ETS management experience
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with Word
- A forestry tertiary degree (or similar), or equivalent knowledge

- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven client relationship management
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude, sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail
