Experienced Employee Installer-Flooring Lead (SPRINGFIELD, MO)

The Flooring Installer Lead installs floor coverings (carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, LVP, and hardwood) per industry and Romanoff standards. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders and measure diagrams, walking the job with the customer to confirm material selection and seam placement, ensuring material adequacy, performing installation, cleaning and disposing of scraps, delivering old material to a local warehouse, coordinating with customers on final acceptance, uploading project paperwork, picking up materials from local warehouses or Home Depot, and attending monthly installer meetings and trainings. Requires 18+ years old, willingness to undergo a background check, proof of employment eligibility, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance. Preferred: flexible schedule, strong communication, punctuality, self-motivation, ability to work independently and with teams, and comfort using mobile devices; strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle difficult customer situations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
