Job Summary
Lead channel development and management for EC trade marketing across Haleon’s brand portfolio, including portfolio strategy, promotional strategy, and core business cycle management. Own the business planning cycle with sales forecast and budget planning, partner with sales and EC-MKT teams, and provide the management team with a clear business picture and solutions. Cascade brand strategy and marketing plans to channels, allocate resources within the channel to achieve targets, monitor account-level P&L and optimize direction for the sales and EC-MKT teams, develop pricing strategy and promotional policy, and oversee in-site execution (D11, 618, SBD, new product launches).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 year working experience
- 5 year in eCommerce
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Trade marketing or sales experience
