Job Summary
Experienced Drain Cleaning Technician responsible for safely operating professional drain cleaning equipment (high-pressure water jetters, cable machines, and CCTV camera inspection tools), troubleshooting complex blockages, accurately completing service invoices, maintaining clear communication with dispatch and team members, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule including nights and weekends with potential overtime. Requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience with commercial/residential drain equipment and CCTV, ability to lift 50 lbs+, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong verbal/written communication, and willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically handling commercial/residential drain equipment (high-pressure jets experience is a must) and CCTV equipment.
- Ability to comfortably lift and move 50 lbs or more regularly.
- A valid, current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—someone who appreciates teamwork and respects proper documentation.
- Willingness to work overtime and tackle on-call weekend/night shifts.
