Job Summary
Experienced Dozer Operator needed at the Pottstown, PA site. Responsibilities include operating a bulldozer with hammer, performing pre/post trip inspections, maintaining haul roads and stockpiles, ensuring correct product blending, performing routine equipment maintenance, and providing excellent on-site customer service. Must follow MSHA and H&K safety policies, meet physical requirements, and have or be able to obtain MSHA safety certification. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or one year of related experience and/or training
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience operating bulldozer
- Ability to meet physical requirements
- MSHA or other relevant safety certification (preferred)
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; physically capable of outdoor labor
