Job Summary
Diagnose and repair faults across diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems while carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on heavy vehicles. Troubleshoot complex issues, complete job documentation with accurate service records, and communicate repair details to Service Advisors and customers. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment. This role offers guaranteed 45 hours with time and a half overtime, ongoing manufacturer training, and access to a nationwide dealership network representing Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified experienced Automotive Technician
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with diesel engines or heavy vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and workshop best practices
