Job Summary
Experienced Diesel Mechanic/Technician needed to perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on company-owned tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, disassembling/re-assembling heavy truck and trailer components, and performing tire maintenance. Work to OEM/DOT/Swift specifications with ongoing hands-on OEM training from manufacturers such as Freightliner, International, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit. Previous experience with heavy-duty vehicles and a willingness to engage in continual skill development and career advancement. Shift is Monday–Friday with 7:00am–3:30pm in Columbus, OH.
