Job Summary
Deal assigned games accurately while providing outstanding customer service according to standard rules and company procedures. Shuffle and deal cards, quickly calculate face values, and exchange cash for proper chip denominations. Pick up losing bets, pay winning bets, and place chips in appropriate betting squares. Complete required forms, records, and documents while maintaining current knowledge of applicable gaming regulations. Must be at least 21 years old with six months of prior experience or dealer's school preferred. Maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have excellent customer skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift
- Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table
- Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer's school strongly preferred
