Job Summary
Experienced dental insurance biller/revenue cycle coordinator needed for a private dental practice. Responsibilities include insurance claim submission, follow-up, managing outstanding insurance aging and appeals, verification and benefit breakdowns, payment posting and account auditing, reviewing treatment estimates and insurance accuracy, communicating professionally with patients and carriers, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting with front office coordination as needed. Requires 2+ years of dental insurance billing experience, strong understanding of PPO insurance and claim processing, Dentrix experience, ability to work independently, attention to detail, professional communication, and reliable attendance. Compensation is based on experience with a consistent full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental insurance billing experience
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance and claim processing
- Dentrix experience IS A MUST
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and follow-through required
- Reliable attendance and consistency are extremely important in this role
