Job Summary
Conduct daily FedEx Ground deliveries in Norfolk, VA, managing routes and safely handling packages up to 150 lbs. Operate company-provided vehicles and wear provided uniforms while adhering to strict safety standards in all weather conditions. Earn daily rates ranging from $180 to $225 based on experience, with additional bonuses for peak season and tenure. Work flexible full-time schedules from Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, starting at 8:30 AM until route completion. This role offers paid training, health insurance after 90 days, and 5 PTO days after one year.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable attendance
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with a dolly
- Ability to pass a background check
- Clean MVR review
- DOT physical
- Employer-paid drug test
