Job Summary
Experienced Deckhand on a 33m Custom Line motor yacht. Based in Florida with summer cruising to Montauk and the U.S. Northeast and wintering in Florida with two short Bahamas trips. The role requires washdown, detailing, and teak maintenance skills; tender driving experience is preferred; strong work ethic, independence, and teamwork are essential. The Owner’s program emphasizes guest entertaining and high standards, with Shoreside support and a fully managed operation. Essential qualifications include STCW 95 (STCW 2010) and ENG 1, plus a valid Driver’s License; visa status options include B1/B2, Green Card, or US Citizenship. Open to couples with Second stewardess; long-term opportunity; salary DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Deckhand on a similar-sized yacht
- Strong washdown, detailing, and teak maintenance skills
- Tender driving experience preferred
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
- ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
- Drivers License
- Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
