Job Summary
Experienced dealership salesperson engaging customers in-person and by phone to help select vehicles, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and close sales. Builds lasting client relationships, leverages CRM to track progress, collaborates with finance on financing/leasing options, and pursues meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a Nissan dealership setting in Las Vegas. Includes knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, pricing, industry trends, and compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a salesperson in an automotive dealership or similar sales environment
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, financing, and leasing processes
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
