Job Summary
Perform fluid services by draining and refilling engine oil, replacing filters, and topping off critical automotive fluids. Conduct tire maintenance including rotations, mounting, balancing, and pressure checks. Execute multi-point inspections of brake pads, lines, hoses, belts, and underbody components. Document all work on repair orders and report additional repair needs to Service Advisors. Maintain shop safety by keeping work bays clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards. Requires 1–2 years of dealership experience, proficiency with fluid exchange machines, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience as a lube technician
- preferably in a dealership or equivalent environment
- Proficient with basic automotive tools
- Proficient with fluid exchange machines
- Proficient with tire equipment
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to bend
- Able to stoop
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive team attitude
- Focus on safety
