Job Summary
Experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure positive customer experiences when responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; assist clients with new quotes, updating policies, payments, and other services; assist office manager to run reports; maintain detailed records of client interactions; review audits and/or policies; collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service; must know insurance products and be detail-oriented with strong time management; proficient with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance products
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
