Experienced Critical Care/Stepdown RN for Float Pool, PRN Day shifts. Delivers patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process, collaborating with inter-professional teams to plan and implement individualized care, education for patients and families, and discharge planning. Demonstrates knowledge of critical-care and stepdown protocols, medication administration, patient assessment, and evidence-based practice; adheres to safety, quality improvement, and documentation standards. Requires active RN license in PA or NJ and BLS; BSN preferred.
