Experienced Crew Lead

Lead and support a production crew of approximately 15 employees to safely achieve daily operational goals while troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime. Coach, train, and mentor operators to help them succeed, and promote company safety policies and mining regulations to enforce a strong safety culture. Maintain clean, organized work areas and coordinate with plant leadership to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment. Work 12-hour shifts on a four-on, four-off schedule. Prior leadership experience in mining, aggregates, or heavy industry is preferred.
