Job Summary
Experienced Contracts Procurement Agent at Boeing responsible for leading contracting activities including negotiation of pricing and contract terms, preparing and executing negotiation strategies, interpreting and enforcing contract terms, and managing supplier relationships. Role requires 5+ years in supply chain/procurement/strategic sourcing and proven negotiation experience; proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work independently and mentor teammates; willingness to travel domestically and internationally; located in Everett, WA with in-person office duties. Level 3 or 4 postings with salary ranges of $100,000–$116,000 or $125,000–$146,000 depending on level.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing
- 5+ years of experience negotiating & executing contracts
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates
- Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed
