Job Summary
Form, pour, and finish concrete per project specs while performing site layout with grade stakes, levels, and laser equipment. Read elevation plans, site drawings, and blueprints to guide excavation, grading, and drainage operations. Operate hand and power tools safely, including drills, saws, and compactors, while maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites. Collaborate with project managers and crew to meet quality and schedule targets, adhering to all OSHA and site safety requirements. Requires solid hands-on experience in concrete work, blueprint reading, and tool operation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience in concrete work — forming, pouring, and/or finishing
- Ability to do site layout and work with elevations and grade stakes
- Comfortable reading blueprints, site plans, and specs
- Experience with construction hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physically able to handle outdoor construction work in all weather
- Dependable, on time, and easy to work with
