Job Summary
Oversee all community operations, manage physical assets, and ensure financial performance for multifamily properties. Fulfill leasing, marketing, financial, and administrative responsibilities while providing leadership to the team. Review market data, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure property standards meet company requirements. Manage the leasing process, handle maintenance requests, and prepare property budgets with timely financial reporting. Collect outstanding monies, process pay or quit notices, and represent the organization in court-related matters as needed. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in multifamily residential property management
- Must have supervisory experience managing a multifamily residential property
- Exceptional customer service is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Yardi software, RentCafe, and Knock systems is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and achieve financial goals
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred
