Job Summary
Experienced Commercial Roofer responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC. Works under the Foreman to deliver year-round, full-time roofing services with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and quality. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, and in-house training focused on safety and career growth. Travel is mostly local with hours at job sites, and a background check and drug screen are required.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders
- Follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
- Maintain professionalism
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
