Job Summary
Experienced CNC Large Mill Operator to independently set-up and run CNC Milling Machines. Role requires reading and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints, loading materials, performing complex setups, loading and verifying programs, optimizing cutting speeds/feeds/tool paths, monitoring machine performance, and using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers). Must perform safe lifting and maneuvering of large parts (up to 20 tons) with overhead cranes, maintain logs/docs, and keep work area clean. Full-time schedule with 40-55 hours per week, 10-hour days (Mon-Thu), occasional 12-hour shifts, and possible Saturday half-days. Location: Warren, PA. Required Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, Technical degree in Machining preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 Years of CNC Machining Experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
