Job Summary
Experienced CNA providing ADL support, medication assistance, housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and companionship to elderly and vulnerable clients in Brentwood/Nashville area. Responsible for reporting daily activity to supervisor via agency management system, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality, maintaining client safety, and following client plans of care. Shifts offered include 8, 10, 12 hour options and PRN; benefits include health, dental, vision, mileage, flexible schedules, overtime, PPE, holiday pay, mentorship, and additional pay for White Glove services. Must meet CNA licensing or equivalent caregiver experience expectations, maintain professional communication, and comply with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- CNA License or alternate caregiver experience, preferred
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Home Care Management System (ClearCare)
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- CPR & First Aid certifications, preferred
- Reliable transportation
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- Experience assisting with ADLs or caring for elderly, disabled, and other vulnerable clients
