Experienced Clinical Research Associate (Remote, Wuhan)

Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites, primarily in phase 1 to 3 across all therapeutic areas. Perform source document verification, case report form review, and regulatory document review while managing study drug inventory. Report and follow up on adverse and serious adverse events, then assess patient recruitment and retention.
