Experienced Clinical Research Associate (Remote, Guangzhou)

Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites across phase 1 to 3 therapeutic areas. Perform source document verification, case report form review, and regulatory document review. Manage study drug inventory and handle adverse event reporting and follow-up. Assess patient recruitment and retention.
