Job Summary
Climb and prune/remove trees, perform tree care duties including pruning, thinning, and removal of deadwood; install cables, bracing, and lightning protection; remove hazardous trees; operate tools such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts; work as part of an outdoor crew with safety as a priority; experience with DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS climbing systems; prior background in forestry, horticulture, landscaping, or working at heights is preferred; company provides equipment, benefits, and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire
- Ability to complete the Davey First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
