Job Summary
Lead the capital scheme clean water modelling capability and collaborate across Anglian Water’s Engineering/Asset Management teams to influence design, operation, and optimisation of clean water networks. Translate complex model outputs into risk-based recommendations, assure hydraulic and modelling quality, develop team capability, and drive continuous improvement of standards, specifications, and processes. Requirements include extensive hands-on clean-water network modelling experience, leadership of multi-stakeholder modelling projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with tools such as InfoWorks WS Pro and Synergi. A relevant engineering degree (or demonstrable experience) and Chartered status or progression toward it are expected. The role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office) with locations in Peterborough, Lincoln, Colchester, or Norwich, and provides benefits including private healthcare, pension, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or demonstrable relevant experience; Chartered status or working towards it with a professional body.
