Job Summary
Draft complaints, answers, demurrers, and motions to strike while propounding and responding to written discovery. Review and analyze medical and employment records, prepare discovery motions and oppositions, and draft meet and confer letters regarding discovery. Prepare liability and damages analysis reports for carriers, research discovery issues, and meet statutory deadlines. Advise clients on litigation and settlement options, and prepare them for hearings and depositions. Candidates must reside in Southern California and hold a California Bar license. This hybrid role offers creative legal work within a collaborative practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must reside in Southern California
- Admitted to the California Bar with a license in good standing
- Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney
- Experienced with Legal case management software and CRM systems
