Job Summary
Perform repair and replacement of complete transmission assembly with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies. Responsibilities include communicating with the Service Advisor, providing estimates for repairs, and executing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience, A-level qualifications in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair, with excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Service Technician experience
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
