Experienced/Certified Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems, test-driving vehicles and components, communicating with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed services, providing time estimates, and performing warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications; ASE-certified with 5+ years of hands-on repair experience and a strong customer-service mindset in a dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
- ASE Certification required
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
