Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care for clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, or cognitive impairments, including cognitive support, personal care assistance, home safety maintenance, transportation to appointments, and tailored companionship activities. Drive clients for errands and grocery runs while maintaining a calm, organized home environment. This role offers top pay rates starting at $20.00 per hour with weekend shifts at $21.00, plus mileage reimbursement at GSA rates. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid and Active NJ Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- MMR Vaccination
- Completed Physical
- Eligible to work in the US
