Job Summary
Manage dispatch and coordinate pickups and deliveries across intermodal, flatbed, van, reefer, and specialized routes using provided scanning software. Partner with ship and rail lines to maintain reliability and on-time pickup records while overseeing bobtail and physical damage claims. Receive 85% of revenue and full FSC proceeds, with weekly settlements after a two-week holdback. Qualifications include at least one year in dispatch or operations, O/O following, and a valid Bob. Pioneer Transport, Falcon Transport, and Quaker Transport offer nationwide recruiting support, ELD, and comprehensive insurance benefits.
