Manage dispatch operations and coordinate pickups and deliveries across intermodal, flatbed, van, reefer, and specialized routes using provided scanning software. Secure interchange agreements with ship and rail lines while maintaining strict on-time pickup and delivery records. Negotiate bobtail and physical damage rates, ensuring 85% revenue share and full FSC ownership for owner-operators. Handle weekly settlements after a two-week holdback, manage credit approvals, and oversee nationwide recruiting support. Requires at least one year of dispatch or operations experience, O/O following, and Bob certification.
