Conduct 1-3 weeks of training to learn Modernistic technology and processes before becoming a Lead Tech. Delight customers by providing outstanding service in their homes and businesses while working with a partner to deliver quality carpet cleaning to industry standards for residential and commercial clients. Lead and manage your truck and assistant in the field, educating customers on additional service benefits. Stock your vehicle with equipment and supplies daily, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Requires 1+ year of carpet cleaning experience, a valid Michigan driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
