Job Summary
Experienced Restoration Lead and Carpet Cleaner responsible for delivering quality carpet and air duct cleaning and restoration services to customers, including work on smoke, fire, water damage, and related incidents. Role involves operating and inspecting truck-mounted extraction equipment, managing inventory, coordinating multiple activities, and ensuring safety and confidentiality. Requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment performing on-site cleaning, restoration tasks, and occasional weekends/on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to perform physical requirements including bending, reaching, lifting, loading, unloading and able to lift 75 lbs
