Job Summary
Diagnose structural issues and develop solutions for home repairs, including replacing windows, doors, siding, and performing framing and finish carpentry. Execute roof repairs and other maintenance tasks while working independently or within the team to resolve problems. This full-time role in the Maintenance Division requires lifting 50 lbs, climbing extension ladders, and holding a valid driver's license meeting Safe Driver Standards. Candidates need 2+ years of carpentry experience.
