Job Summary
Perform residential framing, exterior trim, interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out work while partnering with Foremen to execute daily build plans and maintain production pace. Execute tasks with high quality, efficiency, and consistency, maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites. Support crews in meeting project schedules and build timelines across active residential construction sites. Work outdoors in varying conditions, lifting materials up to 75 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks including climbing ladders and scaffolding. Overtime is available based on production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential carpentry
- Specialization in exterior trim
- Specialization in decks
- Specialization in framing
- Specialization in interior trim
- Specialization in roof sheathing
- Specialization in back-out
- Ability to work directly with and take direction from Foremen and field leadership
- Strong ability to work independently and produce quality work
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and elevated work surfaces
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and construction environments
- May require overtime or extended hours based on project schedules
