Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one personal care for seniors in private homes across Austin. Provide 24-hour care services including housekeeping, cooking with dietary attention, and emergency response support. Maintain health and safety standards while demonstrating compassion and strong communication skills. Work flexible shifts with same-day onboarding opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license, car and insurance
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- 1 year of experience providing personal care to an elderly family member, friend or facility or 6 months of experience with CNA schooling
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
