Job Summary
Provide personalized, one-on-one care for seniors with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders and redirection, while assisting with personal care tasks like dressing, grooming, and meals. Maintain home safety by handling basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing, plus drive clients to appointments and run errands. Offer companionship via conversation, music, and memory games tailored to specific needs. This role requires at least one year of professional caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to commute 30 minutes minimum. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour with weekly pay options and mileage reimbursement.
