Job Summary
As an Experienced Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, provide companionship and social engagement to clients in the home, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and build professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers. Ensure reliable care by arriving on time and covering scheduled shifts. Travel up to 10+ miles as needed. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime/holidays, and employee recognition. Requires valid First Aid and CPR certifications, a current TB test, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and availability at least 4 days per week.
