Job Summary
Provide compassionate, relationship-focused care to seniors in their homes, including personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Offer companionship and social engagement while observing and reporting changes in clients' condition. Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and team members by arriving on time and delivering dependable professional care. Complete a written assessment and background screening during the interview process. Work 40+ hours per week across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional caregiving experience, specifically providing care for seniors
- Available to work 40+ hours per week
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must complete a written assessment during the interview process
- Must pass all required background screenings and employment requirements
