Job Summary
Experienced Caregiver providing in-home support with CNA/HHA/Direct Care Worker duties, including personal hygiene, transfers and ambulation assistance, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping, hospice supportive care, medication reminders, ROM exercises, and use of lifting equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lift) to help patients remain at home. Includes flexible scheduling and opportunities for pay increases through advancement programs, with benefits and PTO. Location is Warminster, PA (in-home care role).
