Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support while assisting with personal care, meal preparation, hygiene, mobility assistance, and medication reminders. Support client safety, comfort, and daily well-being through professional communication with families and office staff. Dementia care experience is a plus. Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience and case type, with flexible full-time, part-time, weekend, and evening scheduling available. PTO, holiday pay, and health benefits are included for eligible caregivers. Applicants must hold CNA, HHA, or DC certification with at least two years of professional caregiving experience, possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and provide proof of vaccination.
Required Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent caregiving experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Auto insurance
- Current TB Test (2-Step PPD, Chest X-Ray, or Quantiferon Blood Test)
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to provide proof of vaccination
